When you purchase a photo pack on KuwaitPic, you automatically receive the license described below — no additional agreement needed.
In short
The photos you purchase are yours to use however you like, for any personal or commercial purpose, forever, with no attribution required — with a few limited exceptions below.
1. What you can do
You may copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the photo, for any personal or commercial purpose, without needing further permission, without paying additional fees, and without crediting the photographer or KuwaitPic (though we always appreciate it).
2. Scope
The license is worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free once your purchase completes successfully. It covers use in marketing materials, websites, products, social media posts, or any other medium.
3. What is not allowed
You may not resell the original or a lightly modified version of the photo as a standalone stock image on a platform that competes with KuwaitPic. You may not claim you took the photo or that you own the underlying intellectual property. You may not use the photo in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or that disparages any person or place shown in it.
4. People and places shown in photos
Photographers on KuwaitPic make a reasonable effort to avoid including clearly identifiable people without consent. These photos are not, however, accompanied by formal model releases, so use caution when using photos in commercially sensitive contexts involving specific people or places.
5. Free packs
Packs a photographer has made free to download (after paying the platform a distribution fee) are covered by this exact same license as paid packs.
6. Cancellation or changes
Neither KuwaitPic nor the photographer can retroactively revoke this license after a purchase completes successfully, except in rare cases involving a confirmed legal violation (for example, if a photo is discovered to be stolen or infringing on a third party's rights).
