1. Acceptance

By using the KuwaitPic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. Platform Operator

KuwaitPic is developed and operated by Najaa Technologies.

3. Description of Service

KuwaitPic is an online marketplace for buying and browsing original photo packs from photographers in Kuwait. We act as an intermediary between photographers and buyers, and we do not own the purchased content.

4. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

5. Content & Files

All uploaded packs must be original and accurate, and you must have sufficient copyright permission to publish the photos. We reserve the right to reject or remove any pack that violates our guidelines or includes inappropriate content.

6. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through PayPal in USD. Platform commissions are handled automatically according to the current settings, and photographer payouts are made through the payout system when available.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload non-original content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or include recognizable people without appropriate consent. AI-generated or misleading imagery is also prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on information published on it.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks belonging to KuwaitPic are protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
